Modern great Virat Kohli is achieving feats which was unheard before ,the pace at which he is going is unbelievable .Today we will look what makes him best and above rest. His thirst for Run is never Quenchable. His appetite for hundreds is unparallel to others. He seems to be never OUT OF FORM. what makes him so special lets see
Unlike other players Virat Kohli shines in each and every format. He is only player who has been No 1 ranked player in all three formats. He has an average of 50 in all three formats .He arguably the best all round player that you can wish to have in your team, and is damn lucky to have him (not so sure for RCB) .His god like technique is reason for his success ,he can adapt in every situation play at any pace and on any track without changing his technique much
Players like Steve smith ,Babar azam and Rohit sharma are good in one or two formats but cannot sustain equally in all three formats
Virat Kohli and consistency are synonym to each other in cricket.Only once in his career in 2014 on the England tour he looked out of form . After then he has never looked out of form.he have scored runs in Australia ,England,South Africa ,etc or all over the globe.he scores in each format and in every conditions.
He always puts the team always ahead off himself. In his interviews he always mentions getting the team forward and always emphasis on team winning. He always takes pride in his contribution towards the team. He is great leader and captain .He is achievements as captain are staggering .From taking the team from test ranking 7 to rank 1 and making INDIA a test juggernaut .
70 Hundreds in international cricket is no fluke . Only Ricky pointing and the great Sachin Tendulkar has more than him. AT just 31 years of age it is sure that he will get past the great sachin tendulkar and the only Question is when
Great players are separated from others by their appetite. He is never satisfied with anything he knows he can achiive more and he does it. he is ever improving .You can be sure that the virat kohli you will see now will be better than the past virat kohli, he adds some thing new every time . He is keen to improve himself.
Royal challengers Bangalore has been in the IPL since its beginning ,in the year 2008 but is yet to win a IPL trophy. Captained by the Indian captain Virat Kohli since past few years has an abysmal performance since IPL 2016 . Have being released as many as 12 players in this retention window has to do a serious shopping in the upcoming IPL auction under the new coaching staff headed by Mike Hesson. here are some players they must target to strengthen their squad to bid a strong case to win the next years IPL
1. MITCHELL STARC

Starc has been associated with the franchise previously in two season where he scalped 34 wickets at an average of 20.38 and has been super economical giving away runs at 7.17 runs per over . He has got everything that a perfect T20 bowler requires ,extreme pace , lethal yorkers and deadly bouncers. He can bowl up front and the death too and can solve the biggest problem of the team which is death overs . His recent performance in world cup was unbelievable good where he was the leading wicket taker and is inching close to great glenn mgrath .The explosiveness that starc posses might attract a lot of franchise ,so if RCB wants the services of the 29 year old have to spent a big chunk of their purse on the player. The only concern with the Australian pacer is that his injury prone history ,has not being played for the last four years and not shown up for his previous franchise KKR puts a big question mark on him.
ALTERNATIVES: Chris Jordan,Pat Cummins , Jhye Richardson
2. Kusal Perera

After Chris gayles departure from the top of the order after the 2016 IPL ,RCB has failed miserably at the top of the order.Playing partiv patel at the top order has proven as Quick sand for the skipper virat kohli . Getting Perera at this year IPL auction might prove a masterstroke for the team . He can tear apart teams at the top of the order and can provide time for virat kohli to get set and then launch and not to forget his wicket keeping skills , wicket keeping was the sole reason why partiv patel was playing in the eleven last year and that cost the team those extra 15-20 runs in the powerplay especially. Getting an explosive wicket keeper batsmen is a must in T20s and its high time that RCB should rectify this in this years auction
3.Glenn Maxwell

The million dollar baby might fetch millions this year too and RCB must ensures those millions are deducted from their purse. Maxwell has emerged as a more mature cricketer under Justin langer .The RCB middle order is thin he can give the much required Power to the team and imagine ABD and Maxi batting together

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
